ToolTips are small windows describing a tab's purpose. Tooltips are displayed when the mouse cursor stays above a tab for a certain period of time. Tooltip windows are automatically removed when the mouse cursor is moved away from the tab or when the user presses a key on the keyboard.

ToolTips are defined at design-time or by using the TabClass.ToolTip property.
